Venues That Match Your Wedding and Corporate Event Visions

Where you hold your special event greatly impacts the outcome. We want to make sure you achieve your event goals while having a fabulous time. The relationships we’ve formed with our partner venues give us an advantage. We know the venues. The people at each venue know us. It’s a symbiotic relationship ready to perform at the highest level!

Exclusive Venues Just Outside Philadelphia

We have a long history of working with our four exclusive venues. Each has its own defining elements to accommodate a variety of clients and event styles. We feel confident that your experience at one of these venues will be just as you envisioned.

Springton Manor Farm

Set amid the pristine farmland of Chester County one hour from Philadelphia, the colonial estate on Springton Manor Farm is the ideal setting for your next event. Events held in April through October can take place under the tent, which can hold up to 250 guests and serves as a blank canvas for your specialty lighting and décor.

Tip: Using soft white uplighting inside the tent will enrich the setting’s elegance.

The Manor House can act as a bridal suite and groom’s quarters or an intimate space for your upcoming corporate event. And since Springton Manor Farm only hosts one event at a time, you’ll have access to all parts of the property.

Radnor Hunt

Another Chester County estate, Radnor Hunt is set on 6,000 acres of protected countryside and is officially the oldest foxhunt site in the United States. Only 45 minutes west of the city, allow your guests to be swept away by the ballroom’s historic charm. The wide windows and sweeping hardwood floors are simple and elegant—the perfect backdrop for an all-American wedding or corporate or social event.

Phoenixville Foundry

Also in Chester County about an hour northwest of Philadelphia, this historic building has old-school charm with all the modern amenities. This venue has three different spaces—the Cupola Ballroom, West Wing Ballroom and Heritage Center—each with their own capacities.

If you envision an upscale wedding or corporate event, that’s no problem. The exposed beams, grand foyers, open staircases and balconies are the perfect canvas for anything you imagine. Recently, we transformed the Foundry into a Colorado ski lodge for one of our corporate clients. With our catering expertise and the Foundry staff’s professionalism, we can accommodate events of any size, budget and taste.

Menu Idea: A swanky venue deserves a plated meal that complements its style. We suggest having champagne with your passed hors d’oeuvres followed by grilled Lancaster grass-fed beef with roasted fingerling potatoes and traditional Caprese salad.

The Patio at Archmere Academy

The Patio at Archmere Academy

Located in Claymont, Delaware, just 45 minutes south of downtown Philly, The Patio is designed with the Italian Renaissance in mind. The interior courtyard has Botticino marble, a fountain centerpiece and a stained glass ceiling. This is an elegant space of distinction perfect for your black tie wedding or corporate occasion.

Other Venues We Absolutely Love

The High Point

The High Point Philadelphia Wedding Corporate

Named for its unique location, The High Point is nestled on a hilltop meadow in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Guests will be in awe of this modest, delightful venue that boasts two areas for events. The Bank Barn can accommodate up to 180 guests while the Historic Space is reserved for a smaller guest list of up to 40 or 65, depending on the type of meal served.

Tip: You won’t want to miss the opportunity for a photo during the sunset. Whether you have a corporate party, social event or wedding, we suggest hiring a professional photographer who can help you remember your unforgettable evening.

The barn has wide open space inside and a sunny brick patio outside. You can decide where you want to host your event, and we can help you design the seating, custom menus and entertainment. The crisp, clean farmhouse look may inspire you to have a simple menu with full flavors of the season while enjoying a relaxing, romantic experience on the farm.

Farm at Eagles Ridge

Set in the beautiful Amish country of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the Farm at Eagles Ridge is a family-owned, recently restored historic property. The wood buildings with their gorgeous stone foundations are nestled among tall trees, ponds and immaculate farmland. Each year, dozens of couples say their vows here. Their smiles tell the story of how much they enjoyed their special day.

Corporate parties and special events are also welcome to enjoy the Farm at Eagles Ridge. The barn and courtyard can accommodate large groups while the farmhouse and corn crib are an intimate setting for smaller parties.

Regardless of which venue you choose, we encourage you to ask questions and make a trip to see the space firsthand before making a decision. Sometimes, just stepping foot inside a venue is the only thing you need to decide if it’s the right place for your Greater Philadelphia wedding or corporate event.

And if you are still undecided, our event planners have a wealth of knowledge they are happy to share. If you’d like to explore options with us, please contact us on our website or give us a call at 610-725-9420.
