Even though the wind is bitterly cold and blows us from side to side on our way to work, we are encouraged to cook delicious meals that warm us from within.  Winter squash, hearty greens and classic potato dishes, of which there are many to choose, are all staples during the harsh winter months. Warm up by the fire with a selection of this weeks tantalizing treats.  Miniature Caesar salads with homemade dressing and pumpernickel croutons, portobello and fontina quesadillas and pesto rubbed flank steak with oven roasted red bliss potatoes and grilled market vegetable batons.
