Today we held a tasting with a new corporate client we will be working with in the next few months.  Working in a corporate atmosphere means moving quickly and quietly through office buildings while supplying brain food that not only gets idea flowing but is delicious as well.  Our clients really enjoyed the red grouper, striped bass and beef tenderloin entrée options.  However it was the Mexican ‘Bombe’ we served for dessert that blew them away.
