J Scott Catering was honored to cater dinner for a prestigious medical school and hospital’s welcome reception honoring a doctor for his outstanding work in the medical field.

As guests arrived in the sophisticated and modern lobby, they were sure to notice our pastel green and blue patterned table linens! In addition, guests were greeted with an assortment of hor d’oeuvres and cocktails. J Scott wait staff served beef skewers with a scallion dipping sauce, goat cheese tartlets made of melted leeks and tomato jam, coconut crusted chicken with a chili sauce, and bacon wrapped scallops with a horseradish dipping sauce. Guests couldn’t get enough of our bacon wrapped scallops and beef skewers! The stationary hor d’oeuvres included petite pails filled with shrimp cocktail and sautéed scallops, spring crudité, along with miniature cast iron skillets containing teriyaki salmon over spiked brown rice. Our stationary hor d’oeuvres were displayed beautifully on our large ladders and complimented with unique flowers artfully arranged by Sommerfield Designs
For desert, guests enjoyed an assortment of mini key lime pies, tiramisu, petite vessels filled with chocolate mousse and berries, cookies and crème, and fruit extravaganza.

The evening was a great success! We truly enjoy working with this medical school/hospital and look forward to catering an event for them in the future!
