Last Thursday it was 96 degrees outside and the air conditioning at J. Scott was not working.
To avoid the hot ovens, we made some nice refreshing spinach salads with gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, and fresh strawberries.
One employee found relief from the heat by finishing his tasks in the freezer! Now if only we could fit computers, desks, and several more people in there…
Not to worry, the air conditioning was fixed and the J. Scott team survived!
