Po’ boy is a traditional submarine sandwich from Louisiana that is typically made with French bread. Ours are different because they’re served on miniature hamburger buns. Each sandwich contains fried shrimp, tart sliced pickles, juicy yellow peppers, and sweet chili sauce. This is a great alternative to traditional hamburgers and best served hot.
