Several of our corporate clients have held their holiday celebrations at The Phoenixville Foundry. The Foundry is a perfect setting for larger groups and is an elegant backdrop for festive gatherings. For this particular client’s Winter Gala, J. Scott provided a sampling of passed hor d’oeuvre’s including Smoked Salmon Tartare on a spoon, Curry Chicken Pizza, Mini Cheese Steaks, Pecan Crusted Chicken and Roasted Tomato Asiago Bruscetta. For the dinner buffet, the client selected a made-to-order pasta action station, a carving station including garlic rosemary prime rib and smoked turkey breast. Tasteful and elegant!
