Local Philadelphia businesses were brought together to mix, mingle and move while showcasing their new products. We provided food stations that represented the areas in which the companies originated: New York City, Lancaster County and San Francisco. Fare from those areas included: Big Apple Beef Tenderloin with Apple Horseradish Compote on Sourdough Bread, Farm- fresh Artisanal Cheeses and Vegetables and fresh Fish Tacos with Homemade Guacamole, Salsa Verde &Tortilla Chips.
