In many kitchens the Executive Chef is responsible for menu planning, organizing the staff and endless ordering but for the most part they stay out of the prep work. Not our Chef Erin. He leads by example, not only contributing great menus, keeping everyone and everything organized and making sure we have the product we need, but he makes sure to devote time to helping the staff prep for events, and at the same time he ensures that the food that leaves our kitchens is the best it can possibly be.
