On behalf of everyone here at J. Scott Catering I am excited to welcome our new Executive Chef Erin Morrison to the J. Scott team. Erin brings with him 13 years of experience in the kitchen. Having apprenticed in France and worked in some of the area’s top restaurants, Erin is familiar with how to keep menus new, exciting and on the cutting edge of the industry. He wasted no time upon arrival, rolling up the sleeves of his chef coat and getting down to work the moment he stepped into the kitchen. We look forward to incorporating his recipes, knowledge and suggestions to all aspects of the business. Welcome and good luck Erin!
