When two families come together from two very different backgrounds we as caterers have the opportunity to marry them via food. Today we held a tasting for a wedding next year in which they chose food stations to match their backgrounds. With food from Korea, Belgium & Memphis we were able to return them to their roots by way of their stomachs.
