At J. Scott we love to wow guest’s right from the moment they enter the door. Hors d’oeuvre hour is the first chance we get to show people what type of food we are capable of producing.  Recently we worked with a couple to create some fun items to add to their cocktail hour. The additions included spicy vegetable samosas with tamarind chutney, mini Monte Cristo sliders and ruby port caramelized pear with chevre.
