Great seasonal foods are coming out of our kitchen this week.

Tuna nicoise salad with seared tuna, fresh steamed green beans, cured olives and roasted fingerling potatoes has been a big hit with clients. The citrus vinaigrette, that we keep on the side, brightens the dish and keeps everything fresh. Gigande bean salad with tomatoes, red onions, artichokes, and mixed herbs; a fun twist on your typical summer salad. Traditional caprese salad is a beloved dish with thick ripe tomato slices, fresh buffalo mozzarella and just picked basil, all drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and double reduced balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Fresh ingredients, purchased locally and prepared simply, are the guidelines for a delicious spring and summer dish. Try any one of these today!
