This week I feel I must deviate from our usual kitchen topic to pay homage to the season with a glimpse at the beautiful gardens here at J. Scott Catering. Our garden includes some of Spring’s finest blooms. A wide array of colors of tulips, pansies, daffodils and wildflowers can be found in the garden outside of our office here in Malvern. Newly planted grasses will fill the pot next to the front door. As the days grow longer and warmer and the rains keep falling we are reminded that summer is just around the corner. Like our gardens it is also the time that business is blooming. Here’s to staying bright during this years busiest season!
