With the holiday season now upon us, everyone will be stepping out into the cold on their way to a holiday cocktail party. And while most caterers use the same old techniques of “jazzing” up their trays, we at J. Scott like to put our own special touch on each and every hors d’oeurve that leaves the kitchen. Whether its a colorful tray, herbs, spices, flowers or a fun cocktail pick; we make sure that each and every hor d’oeuvre has it own unique character.
