As busy as it has been for the past few weeks, we are still finding time to experiment with new foods and lighten the mood in the office. Yesterday we held a tasting for the staff to try a couple of new dishes. It was a great opportunity for team bonding and a chance for everyone to relax and have a good time. The staff enjoyed mini prosciutto and goat cheese croquettes, pan seared grouper with pineapple salsa and vegetable fried rice and seared beef tenderloin with a prosciutto and blue cheese cream sauce, topped with sautéed shiitake mushrooms, fried leeks and two hour onions that were worth every second. It is important to remember as we push forward into our busiest season that if we work as a team, we can conquer all challenges.
