Serving a crowd of 500+ at an all day event requires an orchestrated ballet of servers, chefs and support from fantastic vendors. At one of our annual events in Philadelphia this summer we called on our staff to come together and put on another fantastic day for one of our long time clients.
The day began with a continental breakfast featuring blueberry, banana and lemon poppy seed mini muffins alongside mini bagels, Danish and croissants. Baskets of whole fruit, and pitchers of fruit juice including orange and cranberry as well as coffee service were also available.
Lunch was served as a boxed lunch available in three different types, grilled marinated vegetable sandwich with feta cheese and mixed greens, grilled chicken rustica with roasted red peppers, Asiago cheese, and pressed spinach with balsamic drizzle and finally sliced roast beef pickled roast beef with horseradish cream. All sandwiches were accompanied by Caesar salad, fresh fruit and berry salad and assorted cookies. A large beverage station was also available with water and a variety of sodas.
Linens to match the client’s colors and flowers to accent brought the large room to life. Thanks to our client and the staff who made this event possible.
