A Friday evening in mid-January served as the perfect backdrop for a corporate holiday celebration held at Phoenixville Foundry. As we break this fun filled event down into bite sized pieces, it will showcase the many moving parts that go into the planning and execution of an event for 500. Check out the feature video showing the highlights from the evening! The final installment tells the story of the sweets, and oh how sweet it was!
The event wouldn’t be complete with a sweet station to cap off the night and what better way than with a crepe action station. Guests lined up to choose the sauces and fillings for this fun filled, literally, station featuring J. Scott staff heating petite crepes to order. Fillings included bananas, strawberries and blueberries; sauces included chocolate and butterscotch syrups. Of course, the station wouldn’t have been complete without fresh whipped cream, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
To accompany the crepes guests enjoyed a double-sided coffee station featuring gourmet coffee and decadent hot cocoa served with mini marshmallows, fresh whipped cream, dusting cocoa and cinnamon.
The event was a triumphant success for our client, the Foundry and the J. Scott team. Playing a role in such a multi-faceted event reminds you that no matter how big or small the event is, our goal is for each and every guest to leave feeling as though their individual needs were met, they had a great time with friends and even for a few hours forgot about the cares of the day to day and simply enjoyed the moment.
