This annual event by the water featured bars, bites and boats. An intimate affair, guests hung out on the dock and in their boats, sipping on master-crafted cocktails and dining on yummy finger foods while they enjoyed the wonderful weather and each other’s company.

The evening’s menu included:

Passed Hors d’Oeuvres:
Prosciutto lobster taco
Avocado and brie
Cucumber cup
Barbeque braised short rib
Fried green tomato BLT
Coconut-crusted chicken skewer
Pork shoulder quesadilla
Thai beef lettuce wrap
Mini pork taquito
Sea scallop

Beach Dinner Station:
Marinated grilled skewers with Ahi tuna, bourbon peppercorn beef tenderloin, Jamaican jerk marinated chicken breast and grilled vegetables
Feta and jersey watermelon salad
