We were invited to a Tradeshow at a local university to showcase our talent and our professional niche. We chose to represent the fresh, tropical summer with a nod to the Polynesian lifestyle. We served fresh tuna with a seaweed salad, lime marinated chicken with mango, papaya salsa and pineapple upside down cake. Our decor included fresh fruit, orchids, palm leaves and bamboo. We loved meeting all the event planners at the university.
