Chef Erin is quickly making an indelible impression on all of us at J. Scott.  Aside from the wonderful lunches that have us loosening our belts, he has already catered a number of tastings that left guests satiated and excited for their events.  The pictures above are from a bridal tasting we had featuring filet of beef with horseradish cream on a ficelle round and country garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette.  Entrees included pesto rubbed flank steak with roasted potatoes and fresh sautéed broccoli as well as pan seared chicken breast with champagne sauce, Israeli cous-cous and sautéed vegetable medley.  We are thrilled to have him here and are eager for his next dish.
