We love a good Luau! A local family wanted to take advantage of the heat and throw an authentic luau for all their friends. The summery buffet included: Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Pineapple, Coconut Wild Rice Salad, a Mixed Green Salad and an Assortment of Grilled Summer Vegetables.
