One of our newest couples stopped in to choose their wedding fare. They decided on freshly rolled sushi as one of their passed hors d’oeuvres. They also decided to offer their guests  a choice of a Beef Tenderloin with a Red Wine Demi Glace with Mushrooms and sliced with Gorgonzola & Bourbon Sauce or Fresh Wild Salmon with Mustard Seed Horseradish Crust with White Wine Cream Sauce. We look forward to this couples beautiful wedding.
