As a favorite at many of our weddings we cater, it is no surprise that our chefs are prepping for Scallops wrapped in bacon today in the kitchen! This delicious bite sized appetizer makes for a perfect hors d’oeuvre at any wedding. On most of our wedding menus, clients are able to choose up to six different passed hors d’oeuvres for their cocktail hour, and the scallops wrapped in bacon never seems to disappoint when its on the menu! This particular hors d’oeuvre consists of the simple, yet most delicious combination of dry scallops and a cherry wood smoked bacon!
