Chef served up a seafood feast last week for lunch as a send off to Vegas.  So we figured it was as good a time as any to try out one of our newest hors d’oeuvres- linguine and clam spoon.  This fun little app is a play on the classic dish in a miniature size but with all the flavor of the full size version.  Having a cocktail party?  Try this out it is sure to wow your guests.
